EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY *

We accept in-store exchanges within 15 days of the shipment date. The same discount will be given on the new item if it is in stock.

For an in-store refund, a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund for restocking.

FINAL SALE: Helmets, underwear, balaclavas and items from the clearance section purchased online are not exchangeable or refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of a product if it does not meet the standards for returns, namely: the item must be returned with its original packaging (if applicable) and its original labels. The returned item must not have been washed, worn and it is in the condition as it was received. The product must not have been modified or degraded.

Online (by mail)

We accept refunds and exchanges within 15 days of the date of shipment by mailing the item (s) back to us at your expense. Here are the simple steps to follow:

  1. Send an email to boutiqueonline@contant.ca to explain the reason for your return. Wait until you receive a response before proceeding to step 2.
  2. Mail the item (s) at your expense to A / S Boutique Contant en ligne, 18,000 JA Bombardier, Mirabel, Qc J7J 2H8
  3. For refunds, a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund for restocking.
